Physical Education at Sacred Heart is focused on promoting physical fitness, health, and teamwork through various activities. Students participate in exercises, sports, and games that enhance their strength, coordination, endurance, and overall well-being. The class encourages the development of motor skills, understanding of the importance of a healthy lifestyle, and fosters social skills through cooperative and competitive activities. PE classes often include warm-ups, skill-building drills, team sports, and cool-downs, aiming to make fitness an enjoyable and integral part of students' lives.  Students’ also learn about nutrition and the benefits of healthy living.
