At Sacred Heart School all students PreK through 8th grade have Spanish classes which expose our students to a knowledge of diverse cultures in the Spanish-speaking world. The lower elementary curriculum focuses on basic conversation, vocabulary and Hispanic and Latino culture through listening, writing and singing. In middle school we focus on vocabulary, verb conjugation, listening and speaking as well as Hispanic and Latino holidays around the globe such as Hispanic Heritage Month, Dia de los Muertos, Navidad, Dia de los Reyes and Cinco de Mayo.
