Allison Baskin

Welcome to Sacred Heart!  My name is Allison Baskin, and I am the Spanish teacher at Sacred Heart School.  This is my 16th year here teaching Spanish, but I have taught for 21 years total.  I love teaching the Spanish language and culture, and I am still learning new words all the time.  : )  I grew up in a Catholic School, and I am so proud to be a part of this school community.  I learned Spanish as an adult after taking many college courses and spending time at an immersion school in Antigua, Guatemala. 

I am married with two children who are part of this Sacred Heart School family.  I help coach middle school volleyball and help with various PTO events including Trivia Night in March.  When I am not in the classroom or with my family, I teach yoga, play tennis, or you can find me doing something active!  I love to cook, read and spend time in my vegetable or flower garden.
